Intellagent operates a group of ventures that combine artificial intelligence with human insight. Questions about this policy or your information can be raised with the venture whose service you use.

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company details, account credentials, billing details (processed by our payment providers), messages you send us, and any content you submit through the Services — for example sales listings, contact lists, follow-up notes or location and property searches.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring links, and usage events, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from others: payment processors, integration partners you connect (such as email or calendar providers), and publicly available sources such as public property or business records, where relevant to a venture.

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
• To process payments, subscriptions, refunds and account administration.
• To power AI features such as suggestions, drafting, summaries, follow-up reminders and local insights.
• To respond to support requests sent to the venture you use.

Some features use AI models, which may be operated by trusted third-party providers acting on our behalf. Content you submit to those features is processed to generate the output you request. We do not sell your content, and we do not allow our providers to use it to train their general models where we can contractually prevent it.

AI output can be inaccurate. Human review is encouraged before relying on it for important decisions.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• Among Intellagent ventures, where needed to provide or support the Services you use.
• With service providers such as hosting, databases, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and AI providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• With integrations you choose to connect.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of users, the public or us.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We use essential cookies to keep the Services working and secure, and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and spam protection. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing. To make a request, contact the venture involved. We may need to verify your identity.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give additional notice.
